We will report on the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); ventilation system interior plumbing system; electrical system; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, foundation, basement/structural components and built in kitchen appliance.
We want to determine the condition of the home’s sewer line and determine if the system is functioning as designed. This inspection provides another way to protect you from costly repairs. The sewer system is one of the most important aspects of a home and can be costly to repair. Having a sewer scope inspection performed usually only takes a few minutes – and the inspection is just what it sounds like. A trained, professional inspector will run a specialized, flexible borescope camera, which feeds images and video to a monitor. Then, this camera is run through your home’s drainpipe, to examine the sewer lines and other underground pipes for any flaws, imperfections, or serious problems
We inspect the interior and exterior of the home for evidence of wood-destroying insects and wood-destroying organisms and provide you with a detailed termite inspection report. WDO, or termite inspections, can help find out if your home is in danger. The damages from ignoring the signs can be costly.
Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the US. Radon is a colorless, odorless radioactive gas that’s produced by decaying uranium. The Continuous Radon Tests are conducted through devices that measure the concentration of radon over a period of time, typically 48 hours. A radon report with indicate if further steps like A properly designed and constructed radon mitigation system is recommended.
Air sampling tests the concentration of mold spores in your home’s air. Samples are taken from the air and are later examined under a microscope. Air tests can tell you if you have a mold problem even if you cannot find the mold growth.
Infrared thermal imaging is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show clients things about their homes or buildings that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods. Thermal imaging finds surface temperatures and can show thermal anomalies. It can also show a surface temperature that differs from what is expected. It’s upon further investigation with other tools that indicate leaks, pests, and electrical issues.
